The ideal candidate is a motivated, organised, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

The business-development specialist must show that she/he has delivered creative and flexible customer solutions to different businesses across various domains. Given the responsibilities and financial targets set by the employer, the business-development specialist must be able to work effectively under pressure.



  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities.
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
  • The business-development specialist must be able to convince a potential client of the advantages of implementing an IT solution to help improve business


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 2+ years’ of sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
